All prices are in Euro-s and include VAT (20%), unless otherwise noted.
Final invoice will be issued and sent with the goods to the recepient. Invoice is also the proof of purchase and document for warranty. Transportation costs will be added to the shipment and can be seen on the order. Transportation costs will not be added, if the customer picks up their purchase at our office in Tallinn.
Pictures on the website are illustrative and might differ from the actual product. If you have doubt, please contact us or visit the official website of the manufacturer. Please check that your contact info and shipping address is correct, before finalizing the order. The goods will be sent to the address marked on the order.
Green ( )stock status on product pages symbolizes the presence of this product in our stores or warehouse. Product will ship out same or next day. If you choose to pick up the shipment yourself, please wait until you receive an e-mail from us to confirm, before coming to pick up the goods.
Red ( ) stock status means that the product is currently not in stock, but is available to order. The delivery and order time will be specified after your inquiry. After you confirm, you will be sent an order invoice and after 50% payment is received, you order will be processed.
If payment for an order is not received in 10 days starting from the placement of the order, then the order will be cancelled.
Terms of warranty and returns
If the goods you purchased online are not suitable for any reason, you have the chance to return the product within 14 days or have it replaced. Money will be wired to your bank account in 10 days after receiving the returned product. Returned goods must not be used and must be in their original packaging. You must be sure that you also have the proof of purchase (final invoice).
According to European and Estonian Laws return costs up to € 10 will have to be payed by the consumer.
New products sold by Drop-D Sounds all have a 2-year deadline for filing claims. Claims Period will start at the time of the goods are invoiced and/or sent out to the customer. During the warranty period the purchaser of the product has a right for free warranty repair service. If the product can not be repaired, the customer has the right to request replacement product. Warranty covers all defects in materials and production and will cover the cost of both labor and spare parts, if the error was caused by the fault of the manufacturer. The warranty is valid provided that the product has been used only for the purpose it was meant and produced for. The warranty does not cover damage or injury caused by abuse or improper handling. Warranty does not cover moving mechanical parts wear over time.
The original proof of purchase document (final invoice) has to be presented for the warranty to apply. The warranty is canceled and free warranty services will expire if:
a) The original proof of purchase document (final invoice) is not presented;
b) The serial number has been changed, removed, or impossible to read;
c) The defect occurred as a result of incorrect operation of, not following the instructions in product manual, or incorrect handling and safekeeping of the product.

Buyers rights & obligations
The buyer is entitled to demand the cancellation of his/her order with refund, if the seller fails to deliver the goods within the period agreed upon. The buyer has right to ask information from the seller at all times.
The purchaser is required to first acknowledge himself/herself that the product meets his requiremets and needs. Further information about products can be obtained from the manufacturer's website.
Rights and obligations of the seller
The seller has the right to change delivery times, if the manufacturer´s inventories are depleted, and it is not possible to deliver the goods in time. In this case, the Purchaser shall notify the Seller as soon as possible about the exceeded delivery time and if the buyer does not want to wait any longer or does not wish to replace the product with any other product, shall be refunded.
Seller reserves the right to terminate the order, if the product is no longer available to order. In that event the Purchaser will be notified and refunded for the purchase.
The seller has the right to change prices, texts and delivery times of products on the web-site without notice.
The seller has to bear the cost of returning the goods if delivery time is exceeded and the buyer has decided to cancel the order. Refund for this cancelled order has to be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.
The seller is required to give warranty for the goods it sells, if the buyer has not violated the warranty terms and conditions.
The seller is required to repair or replace defective products, which are under their warranty. If this is impossible, the seller is required as soon as possible to return the money paid by the buyer, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the warranty examination results.
The seller is responsible for the goods until their delivery to the customer.
Settlement of disagreements
The settlement of disagreements in this agreement shall be resolved according to the laws applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
